With the world gone completely wacky, I know a lot of us are left wondering how to fill our time and still be creative. Even though we are not allowed to go anywhere in some cases, especially if your area is on lock down, there are still ways to exercise your creative side, and create something meaningful.

In this post, I will go over a couple ways you can begin your day, and get those creative juices flowing.
Place and Space
Keep your space clear. Whether it's your room or an office, or really anywhere, keeping a clean and organize space will help you stay productive and maintain higher energy. Even the act of cleaning may alleviate some stress.
Mind and Body
Meditating and stretching are a great way start and/or end a day. Your mind will be clear and fresh, and your body will be able to work out the knots built up from minimized movement. This will help get the energy and creativity flowing, and help you stay focused throughout the day.
Activities and Practices
When going to write, sometimes it's helpful to do some other type of creative activities before hand. Cook something healthy to each. Try doodling or sketching your ideas, or even just a daily journal. These can open gateways to unlocking your mind and getting ready to do some serious creative work.
Get Inspired
Try listening to music, or sitting outside if you can. Drawing from other elements around you is a great way to get in touch with your creative side, and let those good ideas roll out.
